The EXECUTIVE MONTHLY 5 Star Series is a high class fully-furnished residence with bedcloths, home appliances and other livingware suitable for executives and celebrites.

Costs are usage fees only. Finder's fees: 0, Deposits 0, Renovation fees 0.
The usage fee is only the amount specified for the accommodations. There are no finder's fees, deposits or renovation fees. The fees are set according to the length of the stay, and payment is made only for the number of days (or months) of actual use.
No hassle electricity, gas, and water services.
Fees for utilities are included in the use fees. The fixed-fee system eliminates the need for the hassle of dealing with the utility companies for short stays.
Keeping pets.
Keeping of pets is allowed. Please enjoy fullfilling days with your loving pets.

Usage Fees
The fees for the accommodations at each property are determined according to the length of the stay, for short stays (less than 3 months) mid-length stays (3 to 7 months) long stays (7 to 24 months) and super long stays (only 24 months).
